SATI access conditions

SATI beneficiaries can access the SATI results as follows:

  • SATI audience results are available through the dedicated application www.sati.brat.ro, used for viewing the data and for building and evaluating media plans.
  • SATI traffic results are available through the dedicated application www.sati.brat.ro for all the websites included in the measurement system, as well as in Piano Insight, a dedicated application that provides real-time access to the traffic results of each publisher’s websites. All traffic metrics are available.
  • Results regarding multimedia content consumption (streaming) are available through the dedicated application www.sati.brat.ro for all the websites that measure multimedia content, and are available to each publisher, for its own websites, in the Piano Insight application, which allows real-time access to the data.
  • Results regarding online advertising investments, obtained through MIPO, are available in the dedicated application Media Monitor.

Joining SATI also means joining SATI DMP, as the two services share the same methodological basis.

Part of the results measured within SATI are publicly available on brat.ro, as follows:

  • Website audience – expressed as the number of Visitors per Month (VpM).
  • Website traffic – page views, visits and unique clients – for all the websites measured in SATI.
  • Website traffic generated only from Romanian IP addresses – page views, visits and unique clients – for all the websites measured in SATI.
  • The main streaming metrics – views and unique clients.

In order for a company to have access to the SATI results, it must meet the following conditions:

  • to become a BRAT member and a member of the BRAT Internet Department. Joining BRAT / the BRAT Internet Department is done under the conditions described in the membership section.
  • to have a SATI contract in force and to contribute financially to carrying out SATI (SATI is a service integrated with SATI DMP).

Each company may register an unlimited number of websites. The financial contribution of a publisher is the sum of the contributions of the websites it has registered in SATI. The contribution of a website depends on its traffic and on the number of segments set by the publisher in the Piano DMP platform.

SATI results are also available to companies outside the association, in the form of customisable reports, based on specific fees and conditions.

In order to integrate any other type of data into SATI DMP – whether obtained by a website or by any other type of company that owns or collects data about its users, consumers or clients – the access conditions are similar to those above, but a preliminary discussion with BRAT representatives is required.

Information on the applicable fees, as well as on the conditions under which SATI can be accessed, can be requested at andra_lacraru@brat.ro or directly by following this link: Request information.
